What a great book ! and I haven't even got to the recipes yet...
I just had to share that if anyone is contemplating this book, the first 100 pages is really great with lots of helpful information about Why and How to get started, basic equipment needed; I love that it explains some of the ingredients that are a little less familiar to people new to eating raw.
I just thumbed through some of the recipes and can hardly wait to get started making things...
I'm so glad I got the book !
edit... it wont let me change the title... I do mean "Raw Food For Everyone" ... yes, Alissa's book !

Are you meaning Raw Food for Everyone... Alissa's book? Or the Vegan Cookbook Real Food for Everyone?

I changed the thread's title for ya. Thanks for clarifying... I figured it's what you meant to say.
I love this book too. It's such a great way to introduce yourself to raw and I reread it often. I find that I learn more each time. I love using my highlighters... I add some colour to all the important stuff I want to remember (or notice) later.
Here's a thread (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=43518&highlight=spiral+bound)you might like to take a look at. I took Alissa's first book in to Kinko's and had it spiral bound. I *love* having the spiral binding! There's pictures on the first post. *Ü*
