Is there a section on this site dedicated to dehydrator questions? I just bought a new Excalibur and can't wait to start it up. Just wondering what your favorite dehydration dish is?

I think raw recipes and raw food prep would be an ideal place! I recently got the excalibur too. For my boyfriend mostly because he gets bored with 'wet' food. His into dehydrating EVERYTHING he can get his hands on.:D
