A Warm Drink....

have been 80-95% raw for 3 weeks now. Before that I really loved my decaf coffee and warm tea ect. So I was wondering what do you guys drink when you are wanting a nice cup of something warm...after all it is cold outside :)

I drink herbal teas (hot). I guess some people won't consume anything heated over 118 degrees, but I am fine with drinking hot herbal tea. I'm not out to be really rigid or arbitrary about supposed "raw rules" so I do what works for me.

I too drink hot herbal teas. I just make sure I don't drink them right before or after eating, as i don't want the hot water to cook any food in my stomach.
