I have noticed most people put only a few things in their smoothies. Do you think I am putting in too much? I have:

water
few frozen strawberries
handful of frozen blueberries
one banana
tblsp of flax seed oil
handful of spinich
handful of kale
handful of collards or turnip greens
strip of pineapple

I love my smoothie every morning but maybe it's too many calories? What do you all think? Thanks

That looks really good to me. I like putting in a lot of different fruits too, especially in the summer! I tend to put in just enough fruit to sweeten it and to cover the taste of the greens. *Ü*

There are days I put in a few different greens with a few different fruits, and other days one green and a few different berries. I also add the ground flax, and an assortment of other supplements. And now I add chia and hemp seeds.
I found a recipe for a 'monster' smoothie and it was packed with many greens and fruit. It was amazingly delicious.
I checked out the calories cause I was curious, and I was supprised at how few calories it was.
I have a couple of smothies a day and one raw meal.
I lost a few pounds.
Enjoy, have fun.

Certainly put what you want in it. Personally, I have found smoothies with less ingrediants tend not to clash. :)

Today I did kale, spinach, parsley, 1/2 apple and a banana with water. Yum!
