I want to do it. What is the challenge? Just eating 100% raw for 1 month? Not that that isn't enough challenge ... My baby is now 5 months old and I definitely need to get back on track, get more energy and feel better overall!

I've been swinging back and forth for some time now on the 100% raw lifestyle -- (a year here, a few months there, with a few breaks, but always veggie and as conscious as possible.)

Now, again, I've come back, and I'm feeling great. It's been about 3 months that I've been 99% (I do love to include a bit of organic non-gmo miso in my green soups now and then). And, now that I'm working full time for a superfoods distribution company, I've been including MUCH more superfoods, cold-processed herbs, and high-level supplements in my diet.

And woah it's getting good. I've been shi*ting out parasites for the last few days. Mostly the oval shaped translucent ones. And some eggs. One red worm. Let me tell you -- I am not fat. I have always been very thin, with a flat stomach, and vegeterian/vegan for TEN YEARS, so to see these things coming out of me, was a huge surprise.

For February, I'm taking it to the next level: No fruit sugars, and taking a break from cacao. high doses of noni, mangosteen, shilajit, and amla. Also including a lot of Adya clarity in my program, as well as increasingly large doses of MMS, up to 15 drops 4 times a day for the last two weeks of FEB. All of this, and NO FOOD AT ALL after 3PM

Basically, I want the candida and the critters OUT. I'm not going to kill them, but make it so they will absolutely not survive inside me.

I'll keep you guys updated on how it goes.
