your link doesn't work... may be why you aren't getting any responses?

I live outside the UK. But from the looks of that page it sure looks like it's a UK vendor.

The web address has .co.uk

The bottom of that page has a UK address.

The contact page has UK phone numbers and also a UK address. It also has the Vitamix address in the US where they make it.

My vote is YES, that's a UK vendor for Vitamix. :D

Also, the prices are in pounds and include VAT so, yes, it looks like it's a UK vendor.

Thanks so much. So it is the 5200? I wonder why it isn't labelled so in the uk?

I typed, vitamix tnc vs vitamix 5200, into google and this what one website had to say.

TNC vs. 5200: What is the Difference?

The Vitamix 5200 is the official household model sold within North America. In the Asia/Pacific Region the household model is known as the Total Nutrition Center (TNC). There are a few important differences.

Only the TNC is certified for usage and sale in Taiwan. Purchasing it ensures:
Additional services provided through the authorized dealer including: training classes, warranty repair and parts.
Electronic components required by Taiwanese electrical standards.
Chinese language-specific literature and service.
Purchasing a 5200 in the USA and taking it to Taiwan will:
Subject the consumer to local taxes and duties in Taiwan.
Exclude that unit from warranty repair, service or other special offers made by the local dealer.
Make the customer responsible for shipping the TNC to and from the USA for warranty issues. Customer is responsible for all shipping of parts.
Exclude customer from receiving marketing and recipe literature developed in the local language for local use.
Exclude customer from Chinese language-specific assistance.

And that link was the first one in the google search results and it was a taiwan vendor, so I'm guessing that's why it mentioned taiwan. I imagine it's the same for the UK. Cus isn't the common household voltage 220 in the UK? Not really sure. Google here I come. LOL

You could call that UK vendor and ask if there's anything different than the vitamix 5200 sold in the US.

This time I used the whole words, total nutrition center, instead of just tnc like I did in my search above. And here's what the fifth link from the top had to say.

We field a lot of questions about Vitamix and blender models. One particular question we tend to get a lot is – What is the difference between the Total Nutrition Center (TNC) and Vitamix 5200?

The cause for the recent questioning comes from the change in the Canadian marketing. Recently, in the Vitamix Canada Store, the 5200 was completely removed only to be immediately replaced by the Total Nutrition Center (TNC).

In short, there is no difference between the two, they are the same blender with different branding. The 5200 brand is now reserved exclusively for the US market while the Total Nutrition Center brand is used in Canada, Europe and the rest of the world.

So rest assured whether you purchase a Vitamix Total Nutrition Center or a Vitamix 5200 you are getting all the same benefits of the world’s best home blender.

Finally got a reply from Vitamix. The TNC is a little more than the 5000 but not quite the 5200. Regulations don't allow them to sell the 5200 in the UK yet. :(
