I love what chia did to my smoothie and I loved my hemp shake.
can I use hemp everyday in or on something? can I have a shake with the hemp everyday ? can I use it more then once a day- is it safe? what about chia - can I use it everyday in my morning smoothie and or sprinkled on a salad or food I make? Am I supposed to make the gel and then every recipe uses the gel - or can I just put it in recipe, soaked or unsoaked? Am I supposed to grind it first - the hemp and the chia? can I have them both on the same day?

and no you don't need to grind the chia or soak it although it's hydrating if it's soaked so it is better but i prefer it unsoaked on fruit salad.

I have chia almost every day now that it's so cold out. I have it with almond milk + cinnamon. Chia really helps me stay energized and feel satisfied. I also love that it keeps longer than bananas and such, and so I can get it in bulk. Hemp milk works too! Yay for getting our omegas.

I have chia everyday...I make a pudding for breakfast,and pour cherrysyrup on top yuuuuuuum

I'd love some recipies - I know about hemp shakes and chia pudding and I do put them both on salads and in my smoothies - I love the taste and texture of hemp, what's delich - no nuts, no bananas
