Favorite dehydrator-less recipe?

I do not have a dehydrator, but I would like to know what your favorite raw meal is. Im new to raw, and need easy foods that can be a meal for my whole family...

they are not really into being guinea pigs with my raw recipes, so I need ones that I KNOW are excellent!...
