Soaking nuts and seeds...

When I soak nuts and seeds I put them in the fridge overnight. Today I saw something on Youtube about how they should be left out at room temperature. What are your thoughts? :)

I always leave mine out on the counter top if it's just for an overnight or all day soak.

Things that go longer I will soak in the fridge. Otherwise I think we might get something like rejuvelac - ha! *Ü*

Thanks DebB. Maybe I'll soak overnight on the counter and then put in the fridge the next morning. :)
