I just ordered one off ebay to crumble nuts to sprinkle over salads.

i put my herbs in mine and grind them up nice before adding them to my juices or recipes. it brings out the flavour!

yes! in fact I have two! find them invaluable for grinding small amounts of spices, nuts and seeds. I also use it to make some salad dressings, pounding herbs brings out some much more of their flavour
