Hey all,
I've been eating raw for about two weeks now and loving it. My entire diet so far has consisted of homemade meals (green smoothies, raw pasta and sauce etc). I just found a local place that has premade raw meals and I was over the moon that they had them. They are by a company called Awesome Foods (http://awesomefoods.com/products.asp?category=Meals) and I've seen them on ww.rawbart.com when he did his thirty days raw. I got the pizza. This thing was delicious...best meal I've had while raw. Though I experienced a much different feeling after eating the meal. I felt a little heavy and sleepy. Usually after a raw meal i just feel pumped and energized. I looked on the package and there were some ingredients I don't usually see in raw literature. The crust is flax and it also uses granulated onion and garlic. My questions are these: What are some users' experiences eating raw meals? Are my reactions to the meal normal? Are the ingredients included constitute "real rawness" and do they include all the proper enzymes?
