This is so good, at least to me. Take some raw oats, some chopped walnuts, almonds, dates, raisens, some grated apple, and cover with almond milk, and let soak overnight, in the morning you may have to add a little more almond milk, then add some chopped banana and/or fresh berries. Very filling.....This was actually a recipe I modified (with almond milk) from an old Jaime Oliver cookbook. :)
