Welcome welcome welcome!!!

Welcome to the 30 day challenge.

If you haven't already... please take a moment to read the posting rules/guidelines (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/announcement.php?a=3) of this section. Thanks!

Welcome to the Monthly Raw Challenge!

We're excited about this new area of the forum that is specifically for those of you who are eager to commit to a month of eating 100% raw foods and seeing miraculous results!

WE (one of the moderators) will start a new challenge thread on the first of every month.

We want the focus of these monthly challenge threads to be on staying raw and accountability. Therefore, if you have eaten all raw and then slip up and have something cooked, we don’t want you to beat yourself up over it or dwell on it, but this is not space to discuss it. You are more than welcome to document it in your journal/blog or ask for help in the discussion area, but it is not necessary (and not allowed) to discuss your slip-up here in the challenge threads, just get right back on track and keep going!

In the event that you feel you are not quite ready to fully commit to the challenge and you find yourself having slip-ups often, then please join us again during the following month. Of course you are still more than welcome to participate on other parts of the forum, but we would really like to keep this section dedicated to those who are committed to doing 30 days 100% raw.

Peace, Blessings and Warmest Regards,

Cherie

Is this the jalapeno burger recipe you used... http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=62233&highlight=jalapeno+burger

Sorry about the repeat.... I just wasn't sure if you'd go back to yesterdays thread.

Would you mind sharing your jalapeno burger recipe.. I have a hankering for jalapenos. :D

Again I want to congratulate everyone.... I know you are all gonna be feeling so good by now. I've only ever made it 100% raw for six weeks at one time. And I felt soo good.

For breakfast I had a GS - spinach, romaine, blueberries, strawberries, apples, chia seeds.
Lunch I had a spinach salad with mango, cuke, tomato, balsamic vinegar and meyer lemon a drop of olive oil, and sprout bread
Pear for snack
Dinner I made the hemp shake with the young coconut water and meat. Yum!
I'm having a few stalks of celery.
If I get hungry in a little while - I'll have a grapefruit or orange.
Before bed my kiwi
and plenty of water

I have all these recipies I want to make - but I am enjoying the shakes, salads and fruit. I'll have to make the cauliflower cous cous over the weekend so it doesn't go bad.

I feel really clear, it's like a transparant feeling yet grounded. I almost fee happy.

Yes this is the recipe I used. I halved the salt and it was still too salty for me. Instead of hamburger seasoning I used spike with salt in it. Next time I will not add any extra salt. I only made 4 patties and I liked them best dried for about 4 hours.

Well, today was a really good day for me. I had lots of energy after sleeping wonderful last night. Today's menu:

green tea/water
green smoothie: left over salad with sunflower seeds, kale, clover sprouts, parsley, spinach, banana, apple, 1/2 lime, papaya, honey--yumm!
orange
finished my GS
jalapeno burger wrap: I broke the burger up and put cheez on top and warmed in the dehydrator with some avo fries, cut up yellow pepper, tomato and carrots and put all in a lettuce leaf with some spinach--made 2, more yum!
think I'll have a couple kiwis and go to bed

Hope everyone has a wonderful raw day tomorrow.
