Burning BM

This may sound odd after being raw for almost two weeks now my poop is burning when it comes out. Is that good or bad? I'm not sure but I think it may be good. After doing a bit of research it may be the toxic matter that has been in the colon for a bit and is burning when it's coming out. So that is good. I have always had good BM's but since going raw they are much much bigger. However the last two days they have burned coming out.. Anyone had this happen before. If so what do you think it's from.
PS- I don't eat spicy foods which it said it could be from on google.

If you have seen an increase in the number of and/or size of the movements, it may very well be caused by internal hemorrhoids.

this used to happen to me when I first starting eating a lot of raw kale... it does go away though! It seems worse with high sulphur containing foods

Not in the number, I usually have one pretty good one a day as before. The size is just bigger. Much easier too. I do have external hemorroids though which I have had for years. They only bother me occasionaly.

Tenuviel- It may be the kale. I have had a ton of kale salad.....Ummmm.

Not unusual to hear a newcomer complain of this. My own theory is that the body is getting rid of undesirable bacteria as part of the cleansing process. A mixture of aloe vera and tree applied topically might be soothing.
