Today I am having really bad cramping in my lower right side of my abdomen. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Is this normal? It kind of concerned me, because it is really intense and the cramps last for several minutes at a time. I think I am drinking enough water. I am drinking around 2 liters a day.

Edited to note that I am on my 6th day of juice fasting.

you need to poop!

try gifting yourself a gentle massage starting at the lower right pubic bone gently and hip joint and slowly working your way up to being just above your belly button level. then work across your belly to the left side (so you are at the same spot vertically you began on your right) and then gently and slowly massage in little circles down to your pubic bone and hip joint again.

this will assist you to pass the feces that want to be released.

a warm/very warm cup of water may help
an enema
colonic
cascara sagrada
triphala
smooth move tea (to assist a bowel movement)

or just sit on the toilet with a book and relax. it's amazing how much this simple act will gift the body permission to release.

*i am not a doctor and am simply gifting you my opinion* (((hugs))) if the pain is really bad, go to the doctor or ER - use your judgement.
