Hi there,
My sweetie is buying me a new juicer for our 18th Anniversary! I'm thrilled, and since this is a very rare event I want to get one that I'll be happy with for many years to come.
I'm working through all of the threads on juicers, but so far I haven't come across anything that talks about the Green Star Elite. Does it really yield more juice than the previous model? That is a big question for me, since it is more expensive but if it gives more juice then it would easily pay for itself since I'll be juicing for our large family every day...
Also, the new model claims to be safer so that fingers can't get injured, but does that mean that the older model is not safe for children to use? I'd really like my little ones to be able to help me by putting pieces into the juicer.
Any other comments from anyone who owns a Green Star Elite?
