I was just wondering what I could use to help soothe a sore throat? This is the first time in a while that I have had a sore throat, and I don't want to suck on the usually Hall's, so I was wondering what I could use to help with it? Thank you.

I have been doing everything, except the honey, I haven't been able to find the honey except on line so I will have to order it for next time. I am still feeling under the weather. I know that I just need to sleep but it is hard with my two children, I did ask my husband to stay home from work tomorrow, so hopefully he will be able to and i can sleep all day! The tea with lemon and honey has really been soothing on my throat.

I had a lingering flu for almost 2 whole weeks. Just lingered and lingered, and then one day it just left.
You'll bet better, promise!

That sounds like my daughter. Becasue you can't see any rash, but she is just itchy on her belly. The doctor gave me so rose quartz cream and that seemed to work but I ran out and I have to get some more, so hopefully this will help also. I just not sure how I will her to take it. She is only 3 and she doesn't like taking new things. i might have to put it in her juice!

For sore throats, colds, flu, etc, oreganl p73 (http://www.oreganol.org/oreganol-p73.html) works wonders. I only found out about it a few months ago and it is truly wonderful. Also great to rub directly onto the skin if you have skin problems such as exzema, rash, etc. Also good for arthritis, pains, thrush, nail fungus. Be sure to buy the p73 (http://www.oreganol.org/oreganol-p73.html) version though, as this is the only one that has been studies extensively.
The reason is works for so many things is because it's antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial. You can't take it if you're pregnant, so note that.
Thank you for sharing this! My daughter has eczema that flares up from time to time and I'm definitely going to get this and slip it in her juice, water and smoothies, in addition to trying to add it topically.

Becky - your daughter might have some mild food allergies. You might consider tracking what she's eaten before she gets itchy and see if the same food keeps popping up. I get itchy on my belly sometimes. Occasionally there will be hives, but a lot of the time it is just itchy with nothing to see. I can tell its a reaction to something I've eaten, just haven't identified the culprit yet.
