Does anyone know if the white part of the watermelon rind have any nutritious value?
I did some research on the web and came up with something like this:
"Bruce (UK Living Foods Centre - trained under Ann Wigmore) says one should go ahead and juice watermelon rind because it is the area of the melon where the minerals (even zinc) and many of the enzymes are concentrated." I assume he means the green part of the watermelon rind. I could not find information that talks about the white part of the rind alone.
