seasonings ??

how do i know what type of seasonings i can and cant have? i mean i know sea salt is raw, but it doesnt say raw on the box. so am i to assume to all seasonings are raw? sorry if this is a dumb question..

Honestly, I don't check spices for "rawness"... To me, that's a little thing... I use mostly fresh ones when I can (organic most of the time), but if I use dried I just choose a brand that I trust.

I buy organic Frontier brand whenever I can. I also buy Oregon Spice (organic) from Azure Standard. I'm lucky that my local, right around the corner grocery store has the BEST *BULK* food spice selection - SO much cheaper than buying them in the individual jars. *Ü*

I second the Frontier brand - we carry them in bulk where I work - I order mine by the pound - for things I use often! ;)
