What to eat or drink more etc ?

They do say that Anne Wigmore got the colour back in her hair but it the only case that I have heard reported and she was a puritan when it came to diet.

I've heard black sesame seeds can reverse white hair.. I'd like to try this myself actually but seem to have a hard time finding black sesame seeds at my local health food store. Might try searching the net later this year to see if I can find some... good luck!

Oh, I just remembered a guy told me he did recover his natural hair color with consistent consumption of wheat gras s juice, about six ounces a day.

But here's the funny part. The color in his beard regenerated right away but his head took about a year!

that's awesome! When I get to the point where all my hair is growing in white I will probably just let it go natural, but at this point I just have random white hairs here and there so I color it. I think women with all white hair look so beautiful!

I've been gray since my 30's. I think it is a pretty color. I'm eating greens so we'll see if that changes the color!
