hello all.. im very new to raw living. i am doing a cleanse and plan to start my raw diet in 4 days so i want to redo my fridge, and get stocked up on all the right items.
today i saw soy milk & coconut milk in the fridge section of the grocery store.. are these (or any other type of milk i can buy at the store) considered raw? none of them said raw, but one did say it wasnt pasteurized.
thanks for your help!
also are these easier to buy or make??

Typically these products are heavily processed. Not to mention they simply don't taste nearly as good as the home-made real stuff:)

I stay away from soy in general but as for coconut... simply purchase the raw dehydrated coconut chips (or go the long way and get coconuts yourself, slice the strips and dehydrate yourself), blend them with warm water and strain! Makes great coconut milk. This concept can apply to almond milk as well as sunflower seed milk!

You can purchase a nut mylk bag, or you can go to your local hardware store that sells paint, and buy a paint straining bag, it works the same way. Good Luck!:)
