fasting for 4 days...and all of a sudden I am so hungry

ok, I have now been juice fasting for 4 days, and up until now it hasn't been so bad. I had some headaches, I smelled, my tounge needs brushed every 3 or 4 hours, but I wasn't hungry; I just slept a lot. Today, I am sooo hungry and I don't know what to do. I have had two twenty-ounce glasses of juice, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. I have also drank about 2 liters of water. Also, my ears are itching like crazy, lol. I am hoping the hunger will be gone tomorrow.

it probably will be gone tomorrow. if you ears are itching that's a good thing... in my experience it's detoxing some sugars! (at least that's what i believe it is)... so congrats on releasing!!!
