Ijust received the book. I am fasting right now, but would love to hear what everyone is enjoying most right now. I can't wait to try Grezzos cheese. Does it really taste like boursin cheese?

I haven't made any myself but I got some of the grezzo cheese once and it was so realistic it freaked me out. And then I loved it :D
