Would anyone like to give me a concise lowdown on the acceptability and potential uses of bulgar wheat, millet, buck wheat and quinoa on a raw diet please?

I can't tell you much apart from Bulgur wheat is not raw as it has been cooked then dried. I have no idea about millet.
Buckwheat and quinoa can both be sprouted and used in a raw diet. I think there are many raw recipes that call for sprouted buckwheat from raw breads to granola.
i'm not sure about uses for sprouted quinoa, i used it in a salad once but it did not agree with me and haven't attemped to try it again yet.

My friend likes to add sprouted quinoa to his banana power-shakes for his work out meal. He let me try some and it was quite delicious. C:
