Hello, I am new here and not too sure if this is the right place to start out.

I am a Rosacea sufferer, which is a skin condition and hoping that there might be someone in this forum that is having trouble
with this condition also, someone that is having a bit of luck beating rosacea.

Welcome! Sometimes rosacea can be linked to diet. It could be bodies way of trying to detox. Maybe it will get worse before it gets better? Or it could just go away from raw. It might not. But it's worth a try. A lot of skin conditions have been cured by raw food diet. My acne has gone away. But It did get a lot worse before it dissappeared. My body's way of detoxing is thru my face (unfortunately). One of my first detox symptoms was a rash with little bumps on my ears.

You're in the right place for support. I love this place and I haven't even been around for that long. Good luck on your journey.
