Hello Folks,
New to the forum, so hello to all the inspirational people out there !
I have been trying to find an evening juice that doesn't interfere with sleep.
I've come across pepper juices and grapefruit but I haven't really found a decent concoction or mono juice that is suitable for me.
Any help would be appreciated!
Love and respect

well---I don't necessarily drink immediately before bedtime, however anytime in the evening can still be sufficiently stimulating to interfere with my sleep.
I also enjoy a cup of tea in the evening occasionally!

i don't find any of my juices stimulating... but i suppose something more green than sweet would be better in that case?

It's funny that you mention that. I have heard many people say how juice gives them immediate "energy"; Like you, I haven't found that. I am new too juicing, but in the last month, I have drank a lot of juice and have found no immediate results from it.
I'm sure that during the hours that follow, it may provide some energy and overall it is definatley beneficial; but as far as immediate results, nothing.
But yesterday, I did have one of my favorite green juices: (on an empty stomach)
Kale, collards, spinach, wheatgrass and an apple. I did get a little "buzz" from that for about 5 minutes.

apparently lettuce juice is very calming and a whole juice would probably knock you out...
