Are they creamy when used as a butter, cheese or sauce? Or grainy in taste?

I make smooth-creamy sauces, dips, dressings, and desserts by blending with a high-speed blender (Vita-Mix). Soaking in filtered water helps. An hour or two of soaking for sauces and dressings, 4-6 hours soaking for desserts. Drain and rinse after soaking.

I have blended them straight from the bag to make the onion dip for SAD parties and they could not believe it was not dairy.

I just wanted to say that real raw cashews taste sooooo much better then regular raw... I bought one in an airtight package in wholefoods... soooo good! but expensive :(

Raw soaked cashews are creamy when blended.
