Greatings,
My name is Aaron, I am from STl. and just moved to Florida.I am 23 years old and 90% raw and have been for 3 months now. I do eat meat.
I am a Chef to my center, I have worked pastrys(my true love), Charcuterie(this is the processing and curing of meat), fine dinning and catering.
But I feel awful about the food I serve half is a pound of oil(no joke 1 lb)
and so much fat it should kill you.
So I have decided I need to get paid to do what I do for myself.
I have studyed raw, and vegan food, as well as the human dietary needs. but I need school!!! I need to go further if anyone knows of a school that has a good health food program with a good cummity please let me know
