Hi...
I was wondering how to make lavendar water? Anyone have any tips? I have seen alot where you use lavendar essential oil, but I wanted to use it combined with other things for oily skin, so the oil through me off in the lavendar. I have read alot with vodka, yuck. Anyone one got tips?
