Hi, everyone! I've been a vegetarian for all of my life but have decided to start eating raw foods to see how I like it. I love running but haven't been able to get out much. I think the past few weeks have been stressful especially with college applications and school work and I think a raw food diet might help me become more energetic.
I think I am going to start tomorrow. :)
Can someone recommend a lunch? I think I'm just going to have a mango smoothie for breakfast like usual.
