Soaked nuts

For those of you who soak your nuts (not a euphemism) do you simply leave them in water or is there a tried and tested better way to do this? TIA

Yes, soak them in water & then discard the "soak water".....that's what you do for recipes.....if you want them to eat - put them in the dehydrator until they are crispy to your likeness~ ;)
