If you have a dehydrator and you like cantaloupe you might want to put some in the dehydrator! I put cantaloupe slices in mine and they are chewy and sweet and SO good! Next time I will put them in in chunks, so that they are more like "candy" size! YUM!

Yep, did pineapple and cranberries at the same time! Now I am putting in papaya and banana chips! Gotta love that EX!

I've been pleased that I'm getting some yummy cantaloupe from the local cheapo grocery store. I usually spend so much money at the health food store, its nice to get a deal like that. I figured out when they look overly ripe on the outside that they are wonderful on the inside.
So how I eat them......I cut them up into a salad with cucumber. Yep, cuke is a melon too and they digest really well together. I can eat a whole cantaloupe and a while cuke in one sitting, then I burp like a drunk!
