I've been reading up lately and have come across some of Markus Rothkranz' work. He talks alot about raw wild food like milk thistle, dandylions and stingy nettles.
I really wanna know if i can eat grasss from the garden, weeds and leaves off trees?
I imagine I can put them into a juicer or blender to make them more edible right?

You can use dandelion and nettles. I use them for juices and smoothies.
I do not believe that you can use common grass even for juicing. You need special grass.

Google is your friend. Find out what leaves, grasses, etc. are in your yard before taking the chance of poisoning yourself.... or not.

some weeds and tree leaves are edible and beneficial, but please be careful! make sure you know what you are picking first and make sure it is safe. one tree leaf that i believe can be eaten (double check yourself first though) is linden/lime tree leaves. i was told they were safe and have eaten them before. they are very tender and mild when you pick the young leaves. nettle can definitely be eaten but leaves should be used only when young. if its gone to flower or seed, the leaves contain substances irritating to the kidneys. BUT, if its gone to seed, you can actually eat the seeds and they are supposed to be great for adrenals. dandelion, plantain (plantago), chickweed, sorrel, navelwort/wall pennywort, and cleavers are others that are easy to find and identify and can be chopped finely in salads or dried and used as teas or added to smoothies or whatever. some of these i eat right off the plant, chickweed makes a great raw pesto, make sure to pick the nettles with gloves though, though if you pick the young leaves with a hard pinch and immediately roll them hard between your fingers that usually makes the sting disappear and you can eat them like that. they are pretty mild. also sea beet if you live near the coast. rosepetals and rosehips in the fall. there are some other leaves as well, i think blackberry, raspberry and maybe strawberry but double check.
dont eat something unless youve 100% ID'ed it and preferably had someone else confirm the identification. steer clear of anything that looks like parsley, there is a type of edible wild parsley but there are a number of toxic (even fatal) parsley look-alikes/smell-alikes.

I have heard that there are over 400 types of grass and that all of them are edible. However, your body is incapable of digesting them because you don't have several stomachs like a cow does. You can however chew them up to get the juice from them and spit out the solids. At least this is what I've heard.
