Hello all...
I recently bought a book to do a Master Cleanse with a lemonade diet.. I plan to do it for 10+ days as a way to cleanse out the junk i have been filling my body with for years. Then as I transition back to solid foods I want to start a diet that is mostly (80-90%) raw. Im doing this mostly because I am overweight (40+ lbs overweight ) and Im planning to conceive in the next year and I want to have my body in its best shape/health for when baby takes up residency.
