rejuvalac?

Does anyone add rejuvalac to their juices? I was watching a video on juce feasting and the women was adding rejvelac to her juices and said it acted as a preservative to the juices and they could last longer.
Also, what are the benefits of rejuvalac?

i haven't. i don't use it at all in my diet. but the fact that it's fermented... i don't think that's a good idea while fasting. it may keep your digestion a little too awake.

of course adding it at the end of a fast would be beneficial.
