Has anyone here ever juiced kudzu? I have heard that you can. If so, I have a lifetime supply.
If anyone has tried it, let me know. I want to know if it tastes good.:)

Kudzu can be eaten raw if you take the leaf off the veins and chew it. The US Dept. of Agriculture says it has twice the protein that alfalfa has and is high in nutrition. You can use the veins as dental floss.

Hey, thanks Sport. Guess come spring I will just have to try it for myself. We have acres of it around our property and it is not sprayed. I know that the tender new leaves will be the best. My goats used to eat the new leaves and stems first. Did you know that kudzu can grow up to a foot a day!! We call it kudzilla around here. :D
