View Full Version : Made alissa blueberry pie with chocolate mousse filling

I only had 8 ounces of blueberries so this is what I did

For the crust I used Alissa’s Date Nut torte

Then I made a chocolate mousse FILLING using
2 avocados, honey, maple syrup, cacao powder, vanilla extract

Mix this in a food processor Pour on top of crust

Then I used 2 cups of blueberries along with the only ingredients (cutting back the amount) for the filling

I remember reading in one of Ani Phyo’s recipes that she soaked her fruit in agave before using so that’s what I did.

Used remaining blueberries for the top of pie to decorate put the agave in the holes of the blueberries after soaking them and put the pie/cake in the freezer to set
