While weight loss is a goal, I was wondering after you have fasted for 2 weeks, a month, 2 months....what physical changes do you/others notice?

Eyes brighter, skin clearing up? ANything else?

Is a 2 week stretch enough time to notice a change? Yes, I am continuing beyond that, but just curious.

everyone is different and when i say everyone i mean... ever single fast is different.

but ya, bright eyes, gorgeous skin, thinner... stuff like that. it's what happens INSIDE that really matters IMO though... all those dead cells being flushed, all those tumours being eaten... all those organs being cleansed and healed... that's where the real magic happens!

Curious; what have you seen after this longer fast? Have you lost significant weight, you can't possibly look any younger (I'm jealous!) and your skin and eyes are already "there". So what's new?? I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like an update.

I know it is what is on the inside that counts, but I am still curious about people's external experiences. I do understand everyone is different. Maybe this is a general raw food question instead of fasting?

well there are updates on this site... guess you just haven't read them.

i did an interview recently and there are pics of me in that. it's in the personal growth section. i'll add a link here (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=62104).

i've released heaps of weight, my skin looks amazing... people are saying i look younger. i ran into a bunch of people yesterday and they were all "OH MY GOD YOU LOOK SO AMAZING!!!!!" and hugging me and carrying on. It was a great self-esteem day yesterday LOL I was wearing my size 2 yoga pants I just bought which of course made me feel even better! (coming from size 24 I think it was that I wore... )

My eyes take on this glow very early into my fasts.

I think I look older. But other people tell me I don't. But I think I do. But then again... I AM OLDER so I it's not upsetting to me. I loooove aging!!!

Yes, I read the interview thread, but that was a while ago now, too. I was interested in the current 'numbers'. Love the reference to the yoga pants as I was actually curious as to weight loss/release after a fast this long... You already looked great in the new pics, but thought there may have been even more change. Sorry to bother you...

No you didn't bother me at all LOL

Honestly, I don't see any difference in myself at all but others do notice a difference. I haven't weighed or measured myself in quite awhile... so I don't really have numbers for ya. I know I've released somewhere in the 50 pound range on this fast.

I feel great, I look good and in all honesty... for me this fast is more about my spiritual development than it is about my body image.

I look surprisingly more pretty raw. When I eat crap, my face is bloated, low level rosecea like ugly red steaks on my face, dark shadows under my eyes. I swear I can get so haggard just from junk food that I look, or at least feel, like a haggard heroin addict! Raw = chiseled defined features, even skin tones, bright eyes, even my hair is better because oil production regulates better. But none of that matters compared to how I feel eating raw.

After 8 days, what should I be experiencing if I am in the norm? The only thing I did not do right was drink as much water as usual simply because I have been sleeping so much that I haven't been awake to.
