First drink of the day while fasting

Hello! I am starting a juice feast January 1st, and i was wondering what everyone's favorite juice is first thing in the morning. Also do you drink juice first thing in the morning, or do you drink lemon water. Thanks!:)

i drink water... pure beautiful clean clear water first thing in the morning. later, around noon i have my first juice. usually a fruit juice. then i have my tom juice around 2-3 and sometimes another fruit in the evening - around 6ish.

A big glass of water in the morning is one of the best tricks I know for setting the tone for a day of eating raw.
