Soooooo happy for you! I had the same experience as you...ran into some extra cash and hubby said get your vita-mix!!!

I got the 5200 with only the wet pitcher. I don't think you will need the dry ingredient pitcher...let me rephrase that...I don't find that I need the smaller, dry ingredient pitcher. It will save you a couple bucks too.

5200 has variable speed with high and low. Variable speed is great for chopping veges.

i have the vitamix 5200 with wet blade but soon buying the dry blade with container so i can have both.
