rec'd both books for Christmas and am devouring them. She mentions a saladacco and coffee grinder as two things to have. Can't find them at her store. Are they things in find in Walmart or some place else? Any suggestions? Thanks

Coffee grinder can be found most anywhere ~ Walmart, Kmart, thrift store. Saladacco, might want to Google and see if there's something near you. Whole Foods carries them methinks.

thanks, I love the books and I got an excalibur dehydrator too. I just have to learn how to use it now.
