Ron Loves Detox

Hi everyone,
I just joined this forum.
I've been following a 80% raw diet for the past 2 years. I had times where I managed to stick to 100% raw for extended periods of time.
When I first went on Raw, it wasn't to lose weight or to detox. It was rather to get more energy. I practice a lot of yoga, and my guru recommended a raw food diet in order to better digest the food, have more energy, sleep less and eventually meditate better.
And he was right on all of the above. On top of that I lost about 15 pounds of excess fat I didn't think I had, and definitely detoxed much more than when I was living what I thought (and everyone around me) was a "Healthy" lifestyle.
However, I did become skinnier than I wanted.
Today, I am on the lookout for efficient exercises to start gaining more "raw" muscles, and will be sharing my updates as well as the few tips that helped me digest raw food much better.
Good luck, and go raw!
