hello and happy holidays,
just one quick question: if juices, smoothies and raw food amount to the same caloric total, are they equal methods for weight loss? i've read about people doing juice fasts, and was wondering whether this is a quicker (not to mention less time consuming) means, and if so, whether it was because the daily calorie intake was severely reduced.
also, for those who attend shabbat dinners, what to do when you're invited out and there's literally nothing raw at the host's, and you can't bring anything?
