hi guys, i have a question regarding sea salt...does anyone know how good for you celtic salt is...like, is it ok for your thyroid?...or can even it case problems anything like regualr salt...anyone extensivley study celtic salt and can tell me wether or not it is ok for your thyroid?

I dunno about studies, but using this liberally for the last 17 days my body is beginning to make it clear to me that less is more -that perhaps none is best - and that it wants GREENS... perhaps one of the minerals inthe greens will eliminate my craving for salt in my foods.

I don't know how good it is for you actually, but I do know I have to keep a good limit on it because if I don't it causes me to gain alot of inchy water weight. I also agree with what LNdolls said, less is best!!

Any salt is just a salt.
No salt is THE best solution.
