Hi,
Just joined in. Somewhat new to all the different recipes even though I was a fruitarian a long time ago - I just ate simple fruits, some veggie drinks, and cooked rice.
But now, I see the world has changed. I'm 57, so feel like a dinasaur.
These are my questions and I hope someone will have the answers:

Since I am transitioning, I have fruit in AM, a raw lunch, and a few cooked meals during the week with my husband.
Since I am having cooked food, will I gain weight from eating this way. I've heard I can stay slim when on complete raw diet.

Are there replacements for dates and agave beside honey or if recipe calls for both, agave or dates and honey, can I use all honey.
are there any replacements for coconut oil can I use cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.
I am about to venture into the dehydrating area of this way of eating to expand my horizons -
any simple recipes to start with.
I'd like to make my husband a great dessert so he can see how great a raw diet is besides salads, and sprouts.
Anything I should know interms of my age!
Thanks, sorry so long, Andie
