I don't wanna give up the gym, however i am prepared to accept changing to cardio instead and doing alot less. I've been Juice Feasting now for 2 days and i feel fine so far.
Also I know my body will detox at some point to come. How long will this last for? I don't really wanna be ill over xmas? If it is likely that I will should i just wait until new year to start this Feasting period?

You can do whatever you feel to do and no one can answer your questions specifically. Detox lasts as long as it lasts. Everyone can tell you THEIR experiences yet, they don't live in your body.
If you do this a year from now, whatever happens this time wont be the same next time.
Juice is just food without the fiber.

If you are getting enough calories you should not have to worry about it. You can still train.
Drink enough juice and you will get enough calories.

Oh I should have given details of the juices i'm having.
Yesterday I had:
2 Pints of green juice (Spinach, Kale and Apple)
2 Pints of carrot, cucumber and grapes.
1 Pint of tomato juice.
1 Pint of lemon, orange and lettace juice in the morning.
I also had 2 cups of boiled water twice instead of tea. (Those two cups of boiled water really flushed me out. I was like doing a salt water flush. I highly recomend it).

But also respect your body's need for rest if you feel weak.

i had to convert your pints to metric... so a pint is about 500ml or two cups.
so three litres/quarts of juice is what you consumed. that's a good amount.
you may or may not feel detox at any time... but many people start to feel it around day 5 so depending on when day 5 is for you...
you can totally work out if you choose to. just remember... your body has X amount of energy. it can use that energy to work out or to heal. you choose which is most important to you. there is no right answer here, just your answer. :)
all the best to you on your fast. feel free to come join us in the fasting thread. we love supporting and being supported in that thread.

Am I correct when I say that when the detox comes a colonic would help.
You will have no fibre to move the toxins out quickly so need to give it a helping hand.

depends sport. some use colonics, enemas and/or SWFs and others do not. it all depends on what you, as an individual choose to do.
i'm of the "allow my body to do what my body does" myself.
here's a nice article: http://www.soilandhealth.org/02/0201hyglibcat/020127shelton.III/020127.ch13.htm
