It adds a great subtle sweetness to the meal.

I thought it was interesting when I read in RFFE that Honey is not raw... She does use it in LOLF, but switched to Agave for RFFE.... Wonder how that would taste...

honey is raw if it's not heated. we have raw honey from the honey farm here (http://www.honeyviewfarm.ca/) in town. ;)

they use a machine that spins the honey out!

Yea, that's right... My book was not in front of me...I remember her saying something about it...perhaps she said it wasn't Vegan since it comes from Bees...I don't have my book with me, so gotta check RFFE when I get home....
