I have mde a fe batches of Rejuvelac with soft white wheat.

has the described tangy flavor- also made the 2nd and 3rd batches with the sprouts.

Trying to decide how much to drink and how to use the rest.

Have added it to kale smoothies- Now when I searched I sawpeople using it for "cheez"

when making "cheez" how much should I use?

Love making pates- never made cheez yet.:)

I imagine you could just sub Rejuvelac for the liquid in a cheeze recipe, either for all the liquid or some of the liquid depending on how tangy you like your cheeze. You can also sub Rejuvelac for all/some of the liquid in sauces and salad dressings.
