Best way to Ship Raw Cheesecake in USA

I recently went to an event and surprised the one holding this large event with a raw cheesecake. She loved and asked me if I ship. I said for you yes and really would love as a way of saying thanks without any $ attachment.

Question:
How do I ship this? She's in USA. Thanks. Post response here for all, but surely can send me a message as well as not always here.

First of all you didn't say where you are so that would help.

I would say an overnight delivery like FedEx would be your best bet.

Be careful with shipping food as a lot of places won't allow it across states even unless you have legit permits to do so.

Ship it frozen!!! Freeze it, seal it up air tight, package it in a foam container with dry ice. Ship it overnight. I've shipped frozen food within the U.S. several times. The fish guy at my local grocery store sells me an unused foam container inside a cardboard shipping box and the dry ice. If I remember correctly, the container and dry ice cost significantly less than the overnight shipping. All together, not cheap.
