Depends on what's causing them, how often, etc.

Usually, hot/cold showers drenching head/neck spine might work; colonics might work if caused by the digestive system; stop drinking/eating anything with aspartame; pulling the hair and REALLY working the scalp and occiput; getting out and getting fresh air/movement ...

I find that water helps my headaches. You could also eat some food that contains Salicylic acid. Salicylic acid is known for its ability to ease aches and pains and reduce fevers. Foods that are high in salicylic acid include:

Alfalfa
Broccoli
Cucumber
Spinach
Sweet potato
Apple Granny, Smith
Avocado
Cherries
Grapes red
Mandarin
Tangelo
Olive
Mushrooms
Tomato
Radish
Chicory
Apricots
Blackberries
Blueberries
Cantaloupe
Dates
Guava
Raisins
Almonds
Pine nuts
Macadamia nuts
Pistachio nuts
Peanuts

Hope your headaches get better! :D
